Lost or damaged hearing aids

Hearing aids constitute important NHS assets. It is essential to handle them with the utmost care and attention.

A charge may be applicable in the event of loss or damage to a hearing aid, with the current amount set at £120.

Should a hearing aid be lost or damaged, please contact the audiology department to schedule an appointment.

No charges apply for patients under 18 years of age, individuals registered as partially sighted, or those diagnosed with dementia.
