Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust’s Improvement System is our single improvement methodology that underpins everything that we do.

The Improvement System will support us to achieve our strategic objectives and develop a culture of continuous improvement.

Our Improvement System consists of proven tools, techniques and leadership skills, that empower the people who do the work, to improve their work.

Supported by their leaders, everybody will be equipped to provide the best experience for our patients and staff and improve the quality of care that we deliver.
