You know yourself and the people you care for better than anyone.

You may notice small changes before the care team does. These changes could be early warning signs of deterioration for someone who is an inpatient in our hospital.

  • Speak to the doctor or nurse looking after you or the person you care for.
  • If you are still worried and feel that the care team is not dealing with your concerns, you can call for a rapid review.
  • Phone our hospital switchboard and tell them you want to make a call for concern and they will connect you to our Hospital Outreach 24/7 team.
    Call:
    • 01527 503030 for Alexandra Hospital.
    • 01905 763333 for Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
