Access your health record securely online with our Patient Portal

Our Patient Portal is a secure online space where you can manage your appointments, view letters, and communications with the hospital. It is provided in partnership with Patients Know Best (PKB). 

What you can do now in the portal: 

  • View your appointment details
  • Read your letters and other documents, such as medical correspondence 

Coming soon:

  • Change or cancel your appointments 
  • View your test results and radiology reports 
  • Find information and resources about your care 

IMPORTANT NOTE – Initially, you may not see any of your appointments in the portal. Equally you may only see some, but not all, of your appointments. This is quite normal and to be expected as we roll out the portal functionality. More specialties and services are being added over the coming weeks. During that time you may also receive letters about your current referrals or ongoing treatment as well as phone calls and text message reminders. Please pay attention to all of these communications to ensure that you do not miss any appointments.

How to register:

If you view or manage your appointments in the NHS App, we share your data with NHS England who operate the NHS App and provide this functionality, known as NHS Wayfinder Services.

If you have already registered for PKB with a different organisation, you don’t need to register again. You will simply receive a notification to inform you that you have been added to a new team in PKB.
