Dr Catherine Driscoll – Associate Non-Executive Director

Dr Catherine Driscoll joined the Trust as an Associate Non-Executive Director in August 2024.

Catherine, who has lived in Worcester for more than 30 years, has substantial strategic transformation experience in the public sector, in health, social care and community services. She is currently working as a consultant, having recently retired early as Director of Children’s Services for Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council where she had responsibility for transforming challenged services into delivering new models of care and support.

Prior to that she held a number of senior roles in Worcestershire including Chief Executive of Worcestershire Children First /Director of Children’s Services at Worcestershire County Council, as well as previous posts of Director of Children, Families and Communities and Assistant Director of Adult Social Care.

Catherine has delivered significant change programmes throughout her career, including service redesign, staff restructuring and developing new organisational forms and improved ways of working, across a range of multi-disciplinary teams and organisational boundaries.
