Please note - to improve the reliability of bus services, First Buses have moved the main stop that buses to and from the City Centre stop at. The new Main Bus Stop is now outside the Children's Department before you get to the Main Entrance of the hospital.

This stop is almost exactly the same distance from the main entrance of the building as the old stop, but will mean the bus route can avoid more traffic congestion and improve the reliability of the service.

Worcester Shrub Hill Railway Station is located 1.5 miles from Worcestershire Royal Hospital. There are regular buses running to the hospital from both Shrub Hill and Foregate Street stations. Foregate Street is located in the city centre. There are nearby bus stops for both stations, which are on the 38/X38 route up to the Hospital.
