Chris Douglas – Chief Operating Officer

Chris has more than 20 years’ experience in the NHS and prior to his current role as the acting Chief Operating Officer was the Director of Performance, a post he took up in May 2023.

Before joining the Trust, Chris was an Assistant Director of Strategic Transformation with NHS England in the Midlands region. He has held a number of operational, transformation and regulatory roles throughout his career.
