I have a special interest in the assessment and minimally-invasive treatment of varicose veins, including endovenous ablation (laser, radiofrequency and ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy) I regularly perform carotid endarterectomy for the prevention of stroke. I treat aortic aneurysms by open and endovascular repair. All arterial operations are entered into the National Vascular Database for audit. I lead the trunk and limb skin cancer surgical service in collaboration with my dermatological colleagues.
