Dr David Smith

David Smith has worked as a consultant cardiologist in Worcester for five years and is part of the 24/7 primary PCI (‘heart attack’) service run by our Trust. He is very experienced in coronary intervention and the more complex techniques and has in the last few years set up a chronic total occlusion (‘CTO’) service. He sees a broad range of cardiology complaints including chest pain investigation, heart valve disease, palpatations and dizziness. He is also trained in transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography.
