Jade Maddocks works on Ward 9 at the Alexandra Hospital and was praised for the support she provides for both patients and staff on the ward.

Her nomination described how ‘Jade is the type of person to appear with what you need before you even realise you need it yourself’. It also complimented her manner with patients, stating she ‘shows compassion in all she does, whether it’s doing a jigsaw with a patient to help time pass or making staff a hot drink when they haven’t had time to sit down’.
