Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust wants to make sure that every patient and service user, can find the information and access the services they need.

Accessible Information Standard

People with physical, sensory and learning disabilities and those whose first language is not English should be able to contact us in a way that is right for them. Our aim to make it as easy as possible to ensure this is happening. Find out more on the Accessible Information Standard here.

Detailed Access Guides to Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust

We have worked with AccessAble to create Detailed Access Guides to facilities, wards and departments across the hospital. The guides and photographs aim to help patients, visitors and staff plan their journeys to and around the hospital, covering everything from parking facilities and hearing loops, to walking distances and accessible toilets. Visit our Detailed Access Guides here.
