Your appointment
When you come to see us for an outpatient appointment, we need to weigh and measure you before you go in to see the doctor or nurse.
When the doctor or nurse is ready to see you, they will call you and your parents or guardians through to one of the consulting rooms.
The doctor or nurse may sit at a desk with a computer and there will be chairs for you to sit on. There is a small table in each room with a few toys and also a small bed which we call a couch.
