Safeguarding is EVERYONE’s responsibility – this means that all people who are in contact with a vulnerable person(s) should be aware of the risks of abuse and neglect and report any concerns.  We all have a role to play in ensuring that everyone in our community will be protected from harm and abuse wherever possible.  If you have a safeguarding concern in relation to the abuse or neglect of an adult, child or young person please share your concerns with professionals immediately to enable early detection, intervention, risk assessment and support in order to prevent the risk of further significant harm.

If you think an adult, child or young person is at immediate risk of danger or requires urgent medical attention, please call emergency services on 999.
