Stephen joined Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust as Managing Director in November 2023 from Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust, where he worked as Chief Executive Officer since January 2022.

During his time in Norfolk, Stephen led significant investments in community services and integrated care with the Local authority.

As well as operational leadership, Stephen has led strategic transformation programmes of work covering acute, community, mental health and learning disability services with the Integrated Care System. He was Integrated Care Board member and led the Urgent and Emergency programmes.

A registered Mental Health Nurse, Stephen has extensive experience as an executive Director for Operations, Estates, HR, and IT.
