Helen joined the Trust as Chief Operating Officer on July 1, 2023.

She has a clinical background as both a nurse and midwife with significant executive director experience across Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Operating Officer and transformation roles in other Trusts, as well as roles at system, region and national level.

Helen will play a key role in supporting the Trust in its improvement journey.
