Neil Cook took on the role of Chief Finance Officer on an interim basis with effect from 1 August 2022. Prior to that he had joined the Trust as Associate Director of Finance in June 2021.

He brings significant board level experience having held senior financial leadership roles in a wide range of NHS organisations. This includes acute, specialist and mental health trusts as well commissioning organisations and regulators.

Neil will play a key role in leading the development of our financial plan to deliver financial and clinical sustainability. As well as working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our plans are aligned with those of our place and system partners
