Michelle Lynch joined our Trust Board as a Non-Executive Director on 09 January 2023. Her placement on the Board runs for 12 months.

Michelle is the owner and Director of Lynch’s Resources Ltd. This is an award-winning business which offers hybrid accounting and finance services for small and medium enterprises. She has over 15 years of experience steering and growing organisations through strategic leadership, proactive interventions and improving the financial health of organisations. 

Michelle was appointed through the NHS England NeXT Director Programme. The programme aims to increase the diversity of boards and particularly encourage interest from women, people from the local Black Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, LGBT communities, younger people and those with lived experience of disability.
