What is a Happy Café?

A Happy Café offers a place where those who seek happier lives for themselves and others can connect over a coffee and learn science-based skills for enhancing psychological wellbeing.

Happy Cafés provide a warm welcome for anyone interested in happiness and wellbeing – and encourage them to meet together for a drink and friendly chat.

Happy Cafés also provide inspiring and informative material to help people discover new ways to improve their wellbeing and help make others happier too.

Online Happy Café

As we are unable to host Happy Cafés in the usual way, at a time when they are probably needed more than ever, we will be using the online cafés to provide you with some mindfulness exercises, tips on looking after your mental wellbeing, crafts, activities, games and more. Our Online Happy Café can be found here.

Mobile Happy Café Boxes – now available!

Mobile Happy Café boxes are now available at each of the 3 hospital sites.
