Gastroenterology

In gastroenterology we care for patients with diseases or disorders of the digestive system, from the oesophagus or gullet to the colon, and including the liver, pancreas and gall bladder.

These include conditions affecting the oesophagus (swallowing tube), stomach, small bowel, colon, liver, bile ducts and pancreas.

Our doctors provide a broad level of expertise, we provide an array of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques including endoscopy (cameras looking into the oesophagus, stomach, colon, small bowel and bile ducts) and radiological (ultrasound, CT scans, MRI scans, barium examinations and nuclear medicine scans).
