The service is multi-disciplinary with dedicated physiotherapists and occupational therapists supporting the medical and specialist nursing teams. At the Worcestershire Royal site we have a dedicated day-case unit and hydrotherapy pool. We work closely with other health professionals including, orthotics, podiatry and orthopaedic colleagues across the County.  The rheumatology team works closely with primary care to provide shared care for patients.

We offer a range of specialist clinics. These include an early inflammatory arthritis clinic providing patients with rapid diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, and an osteoporosis clinic which is supported by a dedicated osteoporosis specialist nurse for patients with severe or more complex bone disorders.
