If you are regularly involved in, or managing, improvement projects this programme will meet your needs. Applicants must have already undertaken bronze / silver QI training (or similar).  The 5 training days are delivered over 3 months allowing you to take away the tools and techniques that you are taught and put them into practice.  Following completion of the course, you will be asked to support the Trust to embed a culture of continuous improvement, which may occasionally involve contributing to the bronze level training sessions.  The programme is delivered off site and attracts health and social care professionals from across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, offering lots of opportunity for networking with colleagues undertaking similar projects.  There is a £150 fee for the programme and each participant is required to produce a post programme case study.  The dates of the upcoming QSIR Programme are:  Winter 2020 Cohort on the 15th and 16th January, 7th February, 3rd and 27th March 2020.  If you would like more information, or would like to book onto this programme, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
