Mr.Kugan completed his specialist orthopaedic training at Oxford Deanery in 2012. He completed BOFAS recognised Foot and Ankle fellowship in England and an International Fellowship under Professor Hintermann, Switzerland. He also completed Frame fellowship at Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford under Professor M.McNally.

He has been a Consultant over the last 10years in Cheltenham and Gloucester NHS Trust. He moved to Worcestershire in 2021.

Mr.Kugan’s principle interests are Foot and Ankle Surgery. He has a special interest in Ankle Replacement and Diabetic Foot. Routine procedures performed include, First MTP fusion/ MTP replacement, Bunion surgery, Ankle arthroscopy, Ankle ligament surgery, Mosaicplasty, Tendo-achilles surgery, Ankle fusion, Ankle replacement, Hind foot and Mid-foot fusion, Rheumatoid foot surgery and Flat foot correction. His other main interest is Trauma Surgery with focus on complex Foot and Ankle Fractures.
