Annual accounts
A statement of income and expenditure for the most recent, available financial year (April - March) is available in the Annual Report. It lists current funds and assets alongside commitments, liabilities, and Directors' remuneration.
It also contains an external audit "certificate" and "guarantees" of financial probity, signed by the Chief Executive, Director of Finance and Chairman of the Charitable Funds Committee.

Funding: charitable donations
The Trust manages donations and with funds being held by the Trust in earmarked accounts for many departments, wards and research accounts. The Charity is registered with the Charity Commission (number 1054612) and is authorised to raise funds Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. These funds are dispersed by the Trustees in accordance with donors’ wishes, where these are known.

Purchasing and supplies
The NHS purchasing and supply agency (PASA) is an executive agency of the Department of Health and holds a list of all approved companies, goods and services. The PASA guidance also sets out the standard terms and conditions that NHS organisations should follow in regard to purchasing our equipment and supplies.
