Hospital recruitment event on 23 January

Registered nurses, midwives, current and aspiring healthcare support workers are being invited to a hospital recruitment event on 23 January.

Join our nursing team at Worcestershire Acute

The free event, taking place at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch, will showcase the various exciting opportunities available at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust’s three sites – the Alexandra, Kidderminster and Worcestershire Royal Hospitals.

As well as stands giving information and advice on opportunities within medicine, surgery, women’s and children’s services, theatres, outpatients and clinical support roles, there will be HR advisors available to give free 1:1 help and support on applying for vacancies and healthcare apprenticeships.

Lisa Miruszenko, Deputy Chief Nurse at the Trust, said: “This event is for all registered nurses, midwives, operating department practitioners and current and aspiring healthcare support workers to come and see what fabulous job opportunities are available across our county’s hospitals.

“Whether you are working for another trust and looking for a change; thinking of coming back to the profession; or wondering about embarking on a caring role within a hospital, this is the event for you.

“If you are currently working as an advanced nurse practitioner and considering a change then we would be interested in discussing what the trust can offer you.”

As well as information stands and free HR advice, there will also be free parking on the day for those attending the event and free refreshments.

The event takes place in the Alexandra Hospital’s Education Centre from 10am to 2pm. No appointment is required, just drop in.
