We’ve produced clear, unambiguous descriptions of the values and behaviours expected from our staff. What this means for our patients is that all our staff are working towards the same goal and are using the same processes to deliver timely care, assessments and investigations.

These Standards include ensuring everyone understands and can act in the same way in relation to new healthcare documents such as the Recommended Summary Plan for Emergency Care and Treatment (ReSPECT) form.
