In order for us to make HomeFirst Worcestershire a success, we need to have effective and efficient Clinical Management of our hospitals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Working well together with all our colleagues from different departments and teams, we can reduce the differences in care people experience and ensure we are always putting patients first.
