Equality and Diversity Leads
The Trust has joint Equality Leads covering the separate patient and staff strands as we feel that this is the most effective way of covering the whole of the Equalities agenda.
The Executive Lead role for Equality and Diversity is shared between the Chief Nursing Officer (Mari Gay (interim) for patient related issues, and Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development (Denise Harnin) for staff related matters.
