Friends and Family Test
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a national survey that gives patients an opportunity to give feedback on the quality of the care they receive on our wards, A&E and maternity departments.
Scores are calculated using the proportion of patients who would strongly recommend our services minus those who would not recommend, or who are indifferent, based on the question: “How likely are you to recommend our ward/A&E/maternity department to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"
Your answers will help us to understand if we're doing a good job or if there are things we could do better. They are also anonymous so do not be afraid to tell us exactly what you think.
Further information is available on the NHS Choices website.
